Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These clickthrough terms cover use of Paronga. They follow the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement 2.1 cover-page model. The paid plan is the recurring subscription shown at Checkout. You may cancel anytime.

This Agreement is between Valentin Marchaud (entrepreneur individuel) ("Provider") and the company or person accessing or using the service ("Customer"). If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company. By signing up, accessing, or using Paronga, Customer accepts this Agreement.

This Agreement consists of (1) the Order Form and Key Terms below and (2) the Common Paper Cloud Service Standard Terms Version 2.1, which are incorporated by reference. Modifications in this Cover Page control over conflicts with the Standard Terms. Common Paper terms are used under CC BY 4.0.

Cover Page: Order Form

Cloud Service

Paronga clips furniture products from shop pages into project moodboards and exports them. Presentation copy is written by a model while Customer's subscription is active. The extension runs in Customer's browser. Projects, products, and images are stored on the API for the signed-in account.

Order Date

The Effective Date (the date Customer first accepts this Agreement).

Subscription Period

The billing interval of the Stripe Price shown at Checkout, renewing automatically until cancelled as described under Cancel anytime.

Cloud Service Fees

The recurring price displayed in Stripe Checkout at the time Customer subscribes. Local exports (CSV, PPTX, PDF, PNG, image archive) stay available without the subscription. Presentation copy requires an active subscription.

Provider may update the price by giving at least 30 days' notice (including email). The new price applies in the next Subscription Period.

Payment process

Customer authorises Provider to bill and charge Customer's payment method on file through Stripe for each Subscription Period, without a separate invoice approval for each period. Billing history is available in the Stripe customer portal.

Cancel anytime

Modifying Section 5.1 of the Standard Terms: this Order Form renews with the Stripe Price interval, but Customer may cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal or by notice to hello@studioparonga.com. No 30-day advance notice is required. Access to presentation copy continues until the end of the current Subscription Period. Fees already paid for that period are not refunded except where the Standard Terms or applicable law require a refund.

Use limitations

Use is for Customer's own furniture projects. Customer is responsible for the product data and images they save, including the right to use images taken from shop pages.

Technical support

Email hello@studioparonga.com. No committed response time and no SLA.

Professional services

None unless a separate written Order Form says so.
